Patrick Kelly-Decker, Owner of Leveled Builds, has been immersed in construction since childhood. Growing up in Boulder, CO, he began building early on by helping his father, a general contractor, build their family home.

After earning a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from CU Boulder and pursuing graduate studies in a Princeton PhD program, Patrick returned to his roots in construction, bringing with him a newfound perspective on intentionality and a more methodical approach to building.

For the past 15 years, Patrick has been honing his craft, building high-end homes across Boulder while learning from industry leaders. He excels at solving complex problems across a range of projects, from ground-up builds to intricate renovations, always balancing artistic design with practical execution. 

Patrick is committed to creating lasting spaces with high quality craftsmanship that are as durable as they are healthy and comfortable. His unique projects include underpinning historic homes, integrating cutting-edge systems, and building his own home and workshop near Haystack Mountain, where he took on most of the work himself. 

Now, as the Owner of Leveled Builds, Patrick brings his wealth of experience and passion for quality to every client’s project. When he’s not building, Patrick enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, camping, and backpacking with his two children.
